What To Expect On Your Service Day
Our friendly technicians will send a notification when they’re on the way, so you know exactly when to expect us. You do not need to be home during service, but we do ask that we have clear access to the yard and that any aggressive pets are safely secured. This helps us complete your cleanup quickly, safely, and efficiently.
We treat your property with care and respect. After completing your service, our technician will securely close and latch any gates used to access the yard. This helps ensure your pets stay safe and your property remains just as we found it.
Our technician will thoroughly walk your yard and remove all visible pet waste from the designated service areas. We take our time to ensure nothing is missed so your yard is left clean, safe, and ready for you and your pets to enjoy. Our goal is to provide a consistently reliable cleanup every visit.
Once the cleanup is complete, the collected waste is securely bagged and disposed of properly. In most we place the sealed double bagged in your outdoor trash. Our goal is to leave your yard clean and odor-free after every visit.
